Thomas L. Harlow, Jr.
Thomas L. Harlow, Jr. is a trial attorney practicing in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has over 43 years of courtroom experience.
Mr. Harlow’s focus is on domestic relations, wills and estate planning, criminal/drunk driving and personal injury. He has handled over 10,000 cases.
He has experience in a broad range of complex situations. He additionally provides services in the areas of business formation and dissolution and general civil litigation. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore. Since his admission to the Bar he has completed over 300 hours of continuing legal education.
He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, D.C. Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association. He regularly volunteers with several pro-bono organizations and has served as trust account monitor for the Attorney Grievance Committee. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of Affiliated Community Counselors, a non-profit mental health clinic.
